As a thank you for being part of our movement, each cleanup you log is an entry into our monthly drawing for a $25 e-gift card. The more you clean, the more chances you have to win!

Beach Bucket Challenge Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Beach Bucket Challenge (“Challenge”), participants agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or older. Void where prohibited by law.
2. How to Enter
Participants may enter by:

Completing a beach cleanup,

Submitting the official cleanup form, and
-
Posting a photo of the cleanup on Instagram and tagging [@beachbucketfoundation].
Each completed form submission and corresponding Instagram post counts as one (1) entry. Multiple entries are permitted; each qualifying cleanup earns an additional entry.
3. Entry Period
Entries are accepted on a rolling, monthly basis. Each monthly entry period ends on the last day of the month at 11:59 PM (local time).
4. Prize
One (1) winner will be selected each month to receive a $25 digital gift card.

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The gift card will be delivered via email to the address provided in the submission form.
5. Winner Selection & Notification

One winner will be selected at random on the 1st of each month from all eligible entries received in the previous month.

The winner will be notified via email. If the winner does not respond within [5–7] days, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Content & Permissions
By entering, participants grant Beach Bucket Foundation permission to repost and use submitted photos for promotional and educational purposes, with credit where possible.
7. Conduct
Submissions must reflect genuine cleanup efforts. Fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate content may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Beach Bucket Foundation.
8. Limitation of Liability
Beach Bucket Foundation is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or any problems that may affect participation or prize delivery.
9. Modification or Cancellation
Beach Bucket Foundation reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time.
